Prestige Storage - Blue Ash

About Prestige Storage - Blue Ash

Prestige Storage sits in Blue Ash near Highpoint, right off I-275 and I-71, so it's an easy pull for anyone in the northeast Cincinnati area. There's outdoor vehicle parking for rigs and boats, plus covered storage and regular self-storage units. The grounds are gated, and reviewers often bring up the staff by name. Kelly and Faith come up a lot for making the rental process simple and for being patient with nervous first-timers. People also mention the place stays clean and that their things stayed dry through spring storms. The keypad entry was upgraded at some point, which reviewers say makes getting in easier. It's not all praise. One long-time customer had a rough stretch after the management change and felt they weren't told enough before unit doors were replaced. Another warned about billing trouble that led to units being double locked without notice. A few people call the price a little high. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you sign.
