About Prestige Storage - Jackson
Prestige Storage sits between North State Street and I-55, so getting to your unit is simple from most parts of Jackson. The lot itself came up clean in reviews, and the property looks well kept. Units have rollup doors, which makes loading and unloading less of a wrestling match. Climate control is available, a real factor in Mississippi humidity. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Felicia and Dominique get named often. People describe them as patient, warm, and good at answering questions, and several say the rental process was quick and easy. A 4.9 rating across 401 reviews backs that up.
