About Prestige Storage - Jenison
Prestige Storage sits at the corner of Chicago Drive and 18th Avenue in Jenison. Indoor and outdoor storage are both options here, and cameras are part of the setup. The property has set office hours rather than 24/7 access, so plan your trips around that. Reviews are mixed, and a lot of them focus on the change in ownership. Several reviewers say communication slowed down after that, with calls and emails going days without an answer. Others mention the front gate sitting open for stretches and cameras that look waterlogged. Cleanliness comes up favorably in more than a handful of reviews, and safety is a frequent topic too. Winter is the other theme. Multiple reviewers describe unplowed snow and blocked access during the colder months, and a few say the response was slow when they raised it. If you are storing over the winter, read the recent reviews yourself before you commit. Online bill payment is offered, and the facility lists a range of unit sizes.
