About Prime Commercial
This Tacoma spot on S 74th St rents flexible commercial spaces, and the units pull double duty as oversized storage, workshops, and warehouse space. Heated units come in a range of sizes with roll-up doors. Every unit has an alarm, and you get 24-hour access. There's an on-site wash pad and a tenant-managed paint booth if you need to clean up a rig or handle a project. Reviewers repeatedly bring up the staff. Garrett and Mary get named for being helpful and easy to work with, and several people describe the team as friendly and knowledgeable. One called it the best value and service they'd found. Not every review is glowing. One tenant said they were billed for months after moving out and cleaning the unit, even after a final receipt. It's worth reading the reviews yourself before signing. The Google rating sits at 4.4 across 15 reviews.
