About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of things in Appleton handles indoor units and vehicle parking for cars, boats, and RVs. Reviews mention climate controlled options and a gated property. It's a storage facility first, so call ahead if you're set on a specific spot for your rig. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brendan gets named again and again for patience with pricing and insurance questions, and one person said he helped make a downsizing situation more bearable. Others describe a clean facility and a straightforward renting process, with the on-site manager walking them through lease options and available units. There's also a virtual assistant kiosk in the lobby that helped one customer get an emergency gate code on a weekend. Leases run month to month, and locks are sold on site. The place is wheelchair accessible, with elevator access to upper units. The facility isn't open 24/7, so plan your trips around posted hours.

What renters mention
“The local on-site manager was very helpful and took his time to explain the lease options as well as showing me the various storage units available. My gate access code did not work on the first day of my lease.” – Tim G., 6 months ago, on Google
“This place is great. Had reserved a unit and got a call the following day to make sure I was still good with it. Was advised I would be shown around taken to unit and everything was taken care of.” – Justin D., 8 months ago, on Google
“Brendan is the BEST at the Appleton location! Very chill and easily helped me with questions I had (insurance, etc.). Very easy to get in and out of the storage units too! Great experience thus far.” – Kyanna H., 4 months ago, on Google
