About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of things runs a 4.6-star average across 205 Google reviews, and the reviews keep circling back to the staff. A manager named LeCretia comes up often, described as patient, professional and welcoming. One reviewer said she was the whole reason they booked. What's stored there includes cars, boats and RVs alongside regular household units. The site lists 24/7 access, cameras and climate controlled units, plus month-to-month leases, online payments and packing supplies. Reviewers mention a clean facility and everything on one level, with no stairs or elevators to deal with. Not every review is warm. At least one person showed up to a locked office after the posted opening time and couldn't get to their unit. Others mention fair rates and an easy booking process. It's a mixed bag, but the helpful staff side shows up far more often.
