About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of Boardman handles the usual mix: unit rentals, packing and moving supplies, and month-to-month leases. The place is gated and camera-monitored, with 24-hour access and climate-controlled options among the amenities. Vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles is mentioned across the brand's locations, so call ahead to confirm what's open at this one. Reviews land at 4.8 from 469 ratings, and the staff carries a lot of that. People call them kind and easy to work with, and several note a clean, well-kept facility with nice units. Online booking and easy registration come up too. The complaints are worth reading before you sign. A few reviewers say rates climbed several times in under a year, and one mentions a mandatory insurance fee that wasn't disclosed until move-in day. Others describe a keypad outage that forced a longer walk to their unit. Ask about the current rate and insurance requirement up front.
