Prime Storage

About Prime Storage

Prime Storage sits on Southampton Street in Boston, and the lot handles more than boxes. Vehicle storage covers cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles, with climate controlled units also available. Access runs around the clock, and cameras watch the property. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Mario and Akeido get named for walking people through units, setting up rentals, and helping when keys go missing. People describe the move-in as simple and the facility as clean. One reviewer called the surrounding area sketchy but said the building itself looked clean and staff were supportive. Another noted a broken elevator at move-in. The praise centers on polite, patient service and a rate one customer called generous after a discount. Leases are month to month, and packing and moving supplies are sold on site. If you need a spot for a rig and want people who answer questions, this is worth a look.
