About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Brookfield side handles more than just household clutter. The categories listed include vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, alongside standard self-storage and climate-controlled units. The gate is controlled and cameras watch the property. Reviews point to the staff first. Darlene and William come up by name, described as knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to. One reviewer watched the general manager clearing out old units and pulling weeds to keep the place in shape. Others call the compound clean and the units clean, and a few mention the rates as fair. Access runs 24/7 for tenants. Leases go month to month, online payments are available, and there are dollies and moving carts on site plus packing supplies if you need them. One long-term customer did flag a rough stretch over the past year, so it is worth asking about specifics when you tour. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
