About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Trousdale Drive in Chula Vista gets a 4.7 from over 400 Google reviews. Many reviewers call out Jesse at the front desk for being helpful and informative, especially with payments and info updates. Others mention the staff working with them on leases, including flexibility for military life. But not all feedback is positive. Some reviewers warn about rent increases, with one citing a 68% jump in a month and another leaving after five years of hikes. A few also mention pest problems and unaddressed damage. The facility is wheelchair accessible and offers self storage. If you're considering it, read the lease terms closely and ask about rate history. The staff seem willing to help, but the corporate side has drawn criticism.
