About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Cohoes, NY, and offers covered storage for RVs, boats, cars, and motorcycles along with regular self-storage units. The site has climate-controlled options and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig when you need it. There's also alarm monitoring, dollies and carts, and packing supplies on hand. Reviewers have mixed things to say. Several praise the onsite staff, like Darla, for being helpful and getting rentals done quickly. Others mention a security gate that didn't close for months, a landfill across the road, and mice or rats inside units. Some also complain about rent increasing every few months and billing issues. With a 4.2 rating from 80 reviews, it's worth reading the recent comments yourself before you commit. The staff generally get good marks, but the pest and gate problems come up more than once.
