About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits off McDonough Highway in Conyers, next to Dollar Tree and across from Sonic Drive-In. It's easy to reach from GA-212 and GA-20, and handy if you're coming from Willow Creek Estates, Salem Glen Apartments, or Honey Creek Golf and Country Club. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, and Kam gets called out for being knowledgeable and helpful. Cam walked one customer through the whole process in ten minutes. People also note the gate security and that the place is clean. Some reviewers have had a rougher time. One dealt with a price hike and an unauthorized charge after management changed. Another saw bugs inside and found the emergency doors left open after office hours. The units are climate controlled and the property is gated. Reserved and paid online. Hand trucks and restrooms are available. Sizes run from 5x5 to 10x20, with covered storage among the options. The team gets praised for being prompt and efficient.
