About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Acworth Highway in Dallas keeps RVs in covered spots and outdoor parking. The lot is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, and leases run month to month. Reviewers describe the grounds as clean, and one person parked an RV in covered storage here for more than three and a half years. Staff get frequent mention. Megan and Scott come up by name for walking customers to different units and answering questions patiently. Some renters said the covered spots were hard to find elsewhere nearby. Not every review is kind. A few complain the automated gate breaks and stays open overnight. Others say rates went up a couple months in, and one had trouble getting a refund. Worth asking about the gate and the current rate before you sign.
