About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Draper is a gated self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Access is available 24/7 with coded gate entry, and cameras watch the property. Reviewers frequently mention the facility feeling secure and their belongings staying clean and dust-free. Staff get consistent praise. One reviewer said an employee walked them through paperwork and later called to flag a lock that wasn't closed properly. Another noted a team member made a long-distance move-out easy to handle. The property has a castle theme that at least one renter found charming. Climate-controlled units and packing supplies are available. Reviews aren't all positive. One long-term renter tracked five rate increases over two years, and another described being stuck in a malfunctioning elevator. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Month-to-month leasing and online payments are offered.
