About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Griffin with indoor and outdoor units plus parking spots for cars, boats and RVs. Reviewers talk about the climate controlled units and call the staff kind, with Brittany and Kam coming up by name. One person set up their rental online, though several mention stopping by the office to compare an indoor garage against an outdoor one first. The reviews are not all glowing. A few renters say their monthly rate went up sharply after the first few months, and one person who parked a vehicle here felt the increases came too fast. Others describe the grounds as secure, with cameras and gate access. A furniture storer said the site was clean but noted the perimeter parking made it tight for a large moving truck to get through. Leases run month to month, and you can handle your account online. Call ahead if you want to see the indoor versus outdoor setup before you commit.

What renters mention
“THE PROCESS : You actually have the option to set up a rental online OR go to an actual location. Initially I intended on the first method but I decided to see the difference between indoor and outdoor garage.” – Edwina B., 4 months ago, on Google
“I had a really good experience with the Griffin location’s office personnel. There was a bit of a billing problem after the first two months, and I was pretty upset.” – james h., Edited 8 months ago, on Google
“Great place to store your furniture. The staff was great and had a clean storage facility. The only downside we experienced was the moving company being able to get the 26' van trailer and box truck into the facility.” – Paul C., 5 months ago, on Google
