About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Derry Street in Harrisburg, and the reviews keep coming back to the same things: the grounds are clean and well kept, and the staff pay attention. One reviewer said the team called when they noticed a lock left open. That kind of thing gets mentioned more than once here. Several people name Jacquelene specifically. She walks customers to the unit, explains the gate and lock, and shows a few sizes in person when the website info isn't enough. Reviewers also mention a military discount and a price match to another facility. The facility holds a 4.7 rating across 260 Google reviews. Storage types include self storage plus vehicle space for cars, boats, and RVs. Amenities listed are 24/7 access, cameras, and climate controlled units. Leases are month to month, with online payments and rentals. Some reviewers mention rent increases, so ask about terms before you sign. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site.
