About Prime Storage

Prime Storage on the Jersey City side offers self-storage units and vehicle parking for cars, boats, and RVs. Reviewers mention the staff by name, like Victor and Ashley, for being attentive and walking them through unit options. The rental process gets called simple and easy, with one person noting they could pick whichever unit fit best. People also bring up the elevator and moving assistance, and some say the team helped make a stressful move less so. A few reviews mention fees, so it's worth asking about costs upfront. The facility has wheelchair accessible entrance and parking, and the company advertises climate controlled units at many locations, though it's not clear if this one has them for RVs. It's month-to-month, with online payments and packing supplies on site. One reviewer had a bad experience with snow removal and a sprinkler flood, but most of the feedback is positive. If you need a spot for your rig and want a team that's easy to work with, this place is worth a look.
