About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits by the roundabout at Lake Lansing Road and Chamberlain Drive, close to Highway 127. RV owners pass it on the way to Capital Region International Airport or Eastwood Towne Center. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, with 24/7 access and security cameras on site. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Ali and Austin, for being helpful and making the rental process smooth. The property is described as well maintained and easy to get in and out of. Some people appreciate the clear information on current deals. Not every review is positive. A few people complain about rent increases that seem to come without much warning. One person mentioned large potholes on the drive to the units. Another said security was lacking during business hours. The facility has a 4.3 rating from 282 reviews, so opinions are mixed but lean favorable.
