About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Jeffersontown side of Louisville runs a clean, well-kept facility. Reviewers keep coming back to that, and to Aaron at the desk, who they describe as patient and quick to help pick the right unit size. One neighbor of a renter called him the nicest person ever. The place has cameras, climate controlled units, and 24/7 access. Cars, boats, and motorcycles can be stored here too, alongside regular household goods. Rent month to month and pay online. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and the property is wheelchair accessible. A couple of reviewers warn that rates can rise after you move in, sometimes with little notice, so ask about that when you sign. A few also found the follow-up calls about payment pushy. Others mention insurance options being easy to sort out. The 4.6 rating across 276 reviews suggests more people leave happy than not.
