About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Marietta side runs a self-storage lot that also takes cars, boats, and motorcycles, so an RV can sit alongside the usual household overflow. Access is 24/7 and cameras watch the grounds. Some units are climate controlled. Reviews land at 4.6 across roughly 260 ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. People name Brittany specifically for walking them through the process and answering questions. The facility itself gets called clean often. Not everyone is happy. A handful of reviewers complain about rent going up every few months, and a couple describe billing problems and emails that went unanswered. One recent review says the place felt understaffed and cluttered with trash. Worth asking about fees and rate history before you sign. Leases run month to month, and you can pay online. Packing supplies are sold on site.
