About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Maynard and handles self storage plus vehicle spots for cars, boats, and motorcycles. Access runs 24/7, the lot is lit, and cameras watch the property. Climate controlled units are available if you want them. The reviews land at 4.7 across 270 Google ratings, and a lot of that comes down to the people. Melinda gets named again and again for walking renters through the process, answering questions, and giving straight pricing up front. Reviewers also call the building clean and easy to get around. Not everyone is happy. Some say the rates climb every year, occasionally more than once, and a couple of reviewers felt their climate controlled space did not stay dry. Others mention trouble catching someone in the office. It is month to month with online payments and packing supplies on site. Worth a look, and worth asking about the current rate before you sign.
