About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits right off Highway 24 in Newport, a short drive from the Croatan National Forest and the Crystal Coast. It handles self storage plus boat and automobile parking, and renters get 24/7 access through the gate along with camera coverage and alarm monitoring. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the property is and how helpful the people are. One person said the staff treated them like a valued customer and helped carry boxes to the car. Another reserved online and got a call within minutes to finish the paperwork without driving over. Several mention no hidden fees and an easy move-out. There are units with climate control for anyone worried about humidity or bugs. Office hours apply, so check ahead if you need to sign up in person, though online rentals and payments are available any time.
