About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in North Fort Myers and handles more than household overflow. The category list covers vehicle and boat storage alongside regular self storage, and the amenities include 24/7 access and cameras. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across about 296 Google ratings, and the staff names that come up most are Ken and Jim. Reviewers describe them as helpful, polite and willing to go the extra mile, including helping someone move to a more convenient unit. Clean facilities and clean units get mentioned too, along with fair pricing. Not every review is warm. One person says a manager was unpleasant and shared a customer's business with someone else. Another found proving their own insurance to waive the protection plan difficult. Worth knowing before you sign.
