About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on the Grafton side of North Grafton, in a strip mall where the office is around the back, so plan on driving past the storefronts once. Reviews land at 4.8 across 288 Google ratings, and the recurring theme is the people. Jenna and Rob get named a lot for answering questions and getting people set up fast. Vehicle storage covers cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, with camera surveillance and alarm monitoring on site. Some units are climate controlled, and access runs 24/7. Leases go month to month, and you can rent and pay online, which several reviewers said made the whole thing quick. Reviewers also mention clean units and staff who worked with them when a card expired, waiving a late charge in one case. The office address can be tricky to find, so call ahead if you are meeting someone there.
