About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Lafayette Road in North Hampton, and reviewers keep coming back to the same things. The facility reads clean and well-lit, with 24/7 access and climate-controlled units for anyone worried about freeze damage. One renter has stayed five years in a climate-controlled unit and never had to think twice about it. The staff gets named a lot. Steve and Eric come up in review after review for answering questions, helping people resize units as their needs change, and saving at least one guy from renting more space than he needed. Another reviewer has kept units here across eight years and calls the place still like new. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, so boats and RVs fit alongside household goods. Month-to-month leases and online payments are part of the setup, and packing supplies are sold on site. The 4.7 rating across 204 reviews is doing a lot of the talking.

What renters mention
“Honestly, Prime Storage is amazing. You'd think one of these self serve storage unit places would not need customer service. I have found that to be the opposite. Steve and Eric are rockstars, always going the extra mile.” – Chris L., 5 months ago, on Google
“I’ve been renting a unit here for the past year, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and very secure.” – Heidi W., a year ago, on Google
“I was overwhelmed by the various options for storage. I happened to stop by Prime and talked with Steve. He answered all my questions and educated me about the unit size I need for my items.” – Jessica, 5 months ago, on Google
