Prime Storage sits in Payson, Utah, and rents units month to month. Reviewers mention vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, plus climate controlled units at many locations. The site is wheelchair accessible, with parking and an entrance that work for people hauling trailers or driving larger rigs. The staff gets most of the credit in reviews. Shari comes up by name more than once, and people describe her as kind, clear about pricing, and quick to answer questions. One reviewer said the local team fixed a call center mix-up. Another said staff re-locked a unit for them while they were out of state. Others point to a fast rental process and easy gate access. The place has a 4.5 rating across 198 Google reviews. Not every review is glowing: one person described a dispute over an online auction unit and said they would not return. Stop by the office during posted hours to see current availability.
