About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Pleasant Valley, New York, and rents self-storage units along with space for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. The site has cameras, and many locations in the chain offer climate-controlled units. Leases run month to month, and you can handle your account online. Reviews are split, and it is worth reading them before you sign. Steven gets named a lot, and people describe him as responsive, accommodating, and good at walking them through the options. Others mention a quick rental process, clean units, and easy gate access. The complaints are just as specific: one reviewer says the security gate had not worked in months, another says the facility moved to a virtual model with no one onsite, and another describes a rent increase two months in. A few call the setup a smooth process. The on-site team and the security situation come up in both directions, so ask about both when you call. Hours are posted. The place is not open 24/7.
