About Prime Storage
RV owners looking for outdoor parking in Poway have a solid option at Prime Storage on Garden Road. The lot is lit and watched by cameras. It sits just off I-15 and Poway Road, about 30 minutes from downtown San Diego. That makes it a practical spot if you're heading south or storing between trips. Reviewers often mention Eddie, the on-site manager, by name. They describe him as friendly and quick to fix problems. The renting process gets called smooth and easy. Some people also note the area stays clean. Not every review is positive. One person complained about a rent increase without warning, and another had trouble with access after hours. So read the lease carefully and ask how they handle rate changes. The facility also sells packing and moving supplies, and has drive-up access for self-storage units.
