About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Providence and rents self storage plus covered parking for cars, boats and RVs. Reviewers bring up the prices a lot, and in a good way. The place draws a 4.9 across 318 Google reviews, which is a strong number for storage. People writing those reviews tend to mention the same things. The facility reads clean, well lit and safe, and a few call it modern or new. Staff get named by first name in several reviews for walking people through the process and making a first rental feel simple. College students storing stuff over the summer show up in the feedback too. It's not all praise. One reviewer found bugs in a unit during a move-out and wasn't happy with the phone response. Another wanted carts available and said they couldn't find one on a cold day. Cameras are on site, and climate controlled units are available at many locations. Hours apply, so it isn't a 24/7 gate.
