About Prime Storage
Tucked off the road in Salem, Prime Storage runs a gated lot with covered spots for RVs, boats, and other rides. Access is available 24/7, and cameras watch the grounds. The facility also rents standard self-storage units and sells packing supplies, so you can grab boxes for the stuff you're not hauling. Reviewers often bring up the staff, especially Lizzy. People say she's helpful and easy to work with, and that moving in or switching units doesn't turn into a fight. One person mentioned booking at night during a crisis and getting helped anyway. The property is clean, though a few note the floor can get damp from the ocean air and pallets are on hand if you want them. With over a thousand Google reviews and a 4.7 rating, the place has a track record. Some renters have mentioned price increases, and one said they were charged a cleaning fee at move-in. Worth asking about when you sign. The office is wheelchair accessible.
