About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Saugerties offers self storage with gated access and climate-controlled units. Reviewers often mention the online rental process, with one saying the whole process can be done online. Staff get praise too, like Jorge, who helped someone quickly via the on-site kiosk. Not every review is positive. Some mention cleanliness problems, like units with webs and dust, and one long-time customer complains about sudden rent increases and added insurance fees. Others note that no one was on site during posted hours. The facility is gated, and reviewers feel safe storing their things there. If you want a spot in Saugerties and prefer to handle paperwork online, this place is worth a look. Just read the recent reviews and check the unit before you sign.
