About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Shallotte and handles more than household clutter. The site rents covered vehicle storage, and one reviewer who keeps a travel trailer there said the parking area leaves plenty of room to avoid damage. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Becca at the front desk gets named for helping people land a fair price, and repeat customers say they have rented here on and off for years. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, both units and the property itself. Online rentals are another common note, along with a first-month discount some renters mentioned. Not every review is warm. One person reported roaches and mice in their unit, and another said the lot numbering was confusing and the gate passcode never arrived. Others pointed to corporate emails and extra monthly charges they did not expect. Worth reading through the reviews before you sign.
