About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the south side of Summerville runs a tight ship, at least according to most of the 328 Google reviews. The facility sits behind a secure gate, and reviewers repeatedly call it clean and well lit inside. Staff come up often. Brian and Jazz get named for being friendly and professional, and more than one person says the manager is the reason they picked this place. You can rent online and pay online, and leases run month to month. The property has video surveillance and alarm monitoring, plus 24/7 access. Climate controlled units are available, and the location also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site. Not every review is glowing. One person complained the building was wide open despite claims of code access and cameras, and another left over a price increase. Another mentioned the on-site carts could use an upgrade. Worth scanning the recent reviews before you commit.
