About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on White Plains Road in Tarrytown, on the main strip and close to the expressways, so getting in and out with a rig is straightforward. The place draws a 4.9 from 115 Google reviews, and a moving company that works there regularly called it the best facility they've handled. They singled out the smooth floors and the big elevators that make rolling heavy carts easy. Staff come up again and again. Reviewers name Hector, Branden and Silas for walking them to units, answering questions and sorting out a reservation that wasn't showing online. One person got rescued at the entry gate on day one. Others describe the whole process as quick and easygoing. Vehicle storage covers cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, and some units are climate controlled. There's alarm monitoring, dollies and moving carts, forklift rental and move-in trucks, plus month-to-month leases and online payments. The gates are metal and the property is kept clean. Call ahead to confirm what fits your rig.
