About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of Walden rents units in a range of sizes, and the location also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Leases run month to month, and you can manage your account online. Reviewers give it 4.4 stars across 132 reviews. The property manager, George, comes up often as easy to work with and straightforward on pricing. People describe the rental process as quick, the units as clean, and the grounds as safe. Not everyone is happy. Rate hikes are the recurring complaint, with several reviewers saying the price climbed sooner than they expected, and some mention late fees and trouble reaching anyone by phone. If you sign, read the lease terms closely and plan for the rate to change. Ask about climate controlled units and boat storage when you call.
