About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Wappingers Falls is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Reviewers consistently mention the facility is clean, and many call out Scott, the general manager, for being accommodating and easy to work with. One reviewer appreciated how Scott listened and worked out a fair resolution when an account issue came up. Others note that renting a unit is straightforward and the staff is patient, helping customers explore their options. A few reviews mention that prices went up after Prime took over from the previous owner, and that gate hours cut off at 10pm, which was an inconvenience for one customer. The place offers climate-controlled units at many locations and month-to-month leases. It's wheelchair accessible with parking available. If you're storing an RV or boat, it's worth checking directly on availability and current rates.
