About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Wellington and runs as a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. RVs, cars, boats and motorcycles all show up in what the location offers. The Google rating sits at 4.8 across 106 reviews. Most of the praise lands on the staff, and Chris gets named again and again. Reviewers describe him as kind, helpful and quick to sort out access problems, including one person who got keys back from under an elevator within an hour. Others mention a clean facility, fair pricing and a decent unit selection, plus flatbeds on site at no cost for loading. Not every review is positive. One person reports the AC and elevator frequently out of service and says the property gets dirtier over time, with help only reachable through a remote agent by QR code. Worth reading the full set before you commit. Leases run month to month, and the office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
