Prime Storage, 5718 W 4700 S

About Prime Storage

Prime Storage sits in West Valley City and handles more than household clutter. Along with standard self storage, the location lists vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, plus climate controlled units at many of its spots. Leases run month to month, and you can manage your account online. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Alyssa gets named a lot, described as patient and clear about rental options, and one customer credits her with helping keep their units through a rough stretch. Others mention Tracy. People also call the place affordable and close by, with decent hours and a live person usually answering the phone. Not every review is warm. One renter said rent jumped about 40 percent within a few months and reported a roof leak that went unfixed for months. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the rating sits at 4.4 from 225 reviews.
