About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of Wilmington handles covered vehicle storage for boats, cars, and RVs alongside regular units. Reviewers often mention the staff as polite and helpful, though one person singled out Domonique for being personable and professional. The location is convenient, and several people call the facility clean. Security gets mixed feedback. Some reviewers feel the units are secure, but others point to a broken gate that stayed open for months and cameras that were not recording when a trailer was stolen. Boat storage comes up a few times, and one customer had a billing issue over insurance on a vessel. On price, some say it is affordable, but others warn that rates can climb sharply after a few months. A few reviewers also mention unexpected fees. If you want a covered spot and can visit in person to check the gate and cameras yourself, this location is worth a look.
