About Public Storage
This Anaheim Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listing names RV, boat and car storage alongside regular self storage, and the space types include covered, indoor and outdoor. The lot is gated with keypad entry and lit, and there is a moving supply store on site if you come up short on straps or boxes. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kevin, Javier, Lindsay and Ricky get named for walking people through the rental and explaining how everything works. One renter said they did the whole thing online and found it easy, then had the process spelled out step by step at the desk. Others mention the place is clean and that tours helped them land the right unit. It is not perfect. One recent move-in could not reach anyone by phone after leaving a voicemail and figured out the lock and keys situation alone. Hours are posted but the facility is not open around the clock. Call ahead if you need to confirm access times for a rig.
