About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Arlington and handles the usual self-storage mix plus car, boat and RV parking. Units come covered, indoor or outdoor, so you pick how much weather your rig sees. The gate runs on keypad and electronic access, the lot is lit, and someone is on site managing things. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Out of 447 Google reviews at 4.5 stars, the kind staff thread comes up most, and people name Jason and Gina for being welcoming and quick to help. Others mention clean grounds, a secure feel and a comfortable atmosphere. A few talk about switching units and getting walked through the process without attitude. Not every review is warm. One person found the office unattended and left for another nearby spot. Another called the driveway bumpy and the inside of a unit dirty. Worth knowing before you drive out.
