About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Aubrey handles RVs, boats, and regular self-storage. The place runs 24/7 access, and you can reserve online for free without commitment. They also have a climate-controlled option, though one reviewer said it still felt hot inside. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff, especially Kim and Bridget. People say they're kind and quick to fix problems. One person had trouble switching units until Kim stepped in, and another said Bridget sorted out a rate concern on the spot. A few reviews mention multiple elevators and an easy lease process. Not every review is glowing. One person got stuck after closing and had to pay for 24/7 access to leave, and another complained about confusing fees and the office being closed during posted hours. So ask about access rules and fees upfront. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that work for most rigs.
