About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Azusa and rents indoor units, including climate-controlled ones on upper floors reached by elevator. Some spaces are ground floor with drive-up access and rollup doors. They also list boat and automobile storage among their categories, so it may be worth asking about rig options if you are parking something larger than a standard unit. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. People name Eric, Tabitha and Chelli and describe them as patient, courteous and quick to walk someone through the automated gate. Several mention the easy rental and reservation process, and one reviewer appreciated being able to view two unit sizes before committing. A few notes from the reviews. One person flagged that gate access hours close early, which is tight for anyone working past 5. Another complained about billing and said the climate control was not always running. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter.
