About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Bedford Park side sits behind a gate with cameras watching the lot, which is the part reviewers keep bringing up. If you're parking a rig, there's uncovered outdoor space with drive-up access for RVs, boats, and vehicles, plus enclosed 10x20 units if you want walls around it. Access runs around the clock. The counter staff get most of the credit in reviews. People describe them as polite and patient, taking time to walk through how everything works, and one reviewer noted the manager helped sort out a portal problem by moving them to another unit. Reviewers also mention the lot felt secure for their vehicles and the storage areas looked clean. Online rental lets you skip the counter, though several folks still stopped in with questions first. It's a straightforward place: gate, cameras, drive-up parking, and someone who'll explain the process from start to finish.
