About Public Storage
This Berwyn Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listing covers RV, boat, and car storage alongside regular self storage, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options mentioned. Access is gated and keypad-controlled, and the property is open 24/7, so you are not timing your trip around a front desk. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Soby and Reuben come up by name for being friendly and walking customers through the process, and Alexis gets credit for sorting out account trouble fast. One long-term renter says they have used the place for over 30 years. Others describe the building as clean and quiet. It is not all praise. A couple of reviews report water leaking into a unit and a staff dispute that went badly, so it is worth asking about the specific space before you sign. The rating sits at 4.8 across 503 reviews. Online eRental lets you skip the counter.
