About Public Storage
A Bethpage Public Storage branch that handles more than household clutter. The listing mentions covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and RV and boat storage is offered alongside car and business storage. The lot is gated and lit, with electronic and keypad access, and the property is open 24/7. Drive-up access is available too. Reviews are mostly strong, and a lot of them name Dawn, the manager. People describe her as knowledgeable and quick to help, even when customers show up annoyed, and one reviewer said the unit they were shown was clean and well lit. Others praised the clean property and the easy rental process. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer complained rent rose sharply and could not get a straight answer about it, and another said a burned-out unit light was not replaced. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. If you want a tour or a specific unit, the reviews suggest asking for Dawn by name.
