About Public Storage
Public Storage on the east side of Birmingham runs a self-storage facility that also takes RVs, boats, and cars. The lot is gated and lit, and you can get in with a keypad any hour of the day. Reviewers mention Dana and other staff by name, saying they take time to show units and explain the paperwork. One customer moving out of a college apartment called the team a lifesaver when their first choice was closed. A business that has stored here for years says the property stays clean and safe. Not every review is warm. Some mention a broken elevator, carts in short supply, and a dirty restroom. Others say they had trouble reaching anyone by phone or wrapping up a rental online. The facility lists covered, indoor, and outdoor storage, so check which type fits your rig before you commit. It has been in business for decades.
