About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Brea handles more than just household goods. It's set up for RVs, boats, and cars too, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The place is gated and lit, and you can get in 24/7 with a keypad. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Sadie and Trace get named a lot. People say they're friendly, quick to call back, and good at sorting out problems like switching to a bigger unit. The property is described as clean, and the rental process is easy, whether you reserve online or in person. One thing to watch: a reviewer warned about rent increases that went up 40% twice on a month-to-month lease. So read the fine print. Otherwise, it's a solid, secure spot with helpful people.
