About Public Storage
Public Storage on the north side of Broadview Heights offers uncovered outdoor parking for larger rigs, alongside drive-up outside units in several sizes. The grounds are gated and you can get in around the clock. Reservations are free online, and there's an eRental option if you'd rather skip the counter on move-in day. The place scores 4.7 across 316 Google reviews, and a common thread is the staff. Reviewers name Demetria, Russ, Mike and Heidi as friendly and quick to answer questions. One van owner called it easy to find and said Russ gave him confidence about the setup. Others mention a straightforward, affordable rental process, with a lock thrown in and no trouble locating their unit. A few practical notes from reviews: parking is outdoors, so winter weather can make the lot tough on two-wheel-drive vehicles. One renter said the gate code steps weren't explained clearly at signup. It's a large facility, and some units sit inside other buildings, so ask which one is yours.
