About Public Storage
This Brooklyn Public Storage handles RVs along with cars and boats, offering covered, indoor and outdoor spots. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, lit, and there's an on-site manager. Drive up access means you pull right to your space. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Devin, Adrian, Brian and Jayden get named for helping people find the right size unit, sorting out a transfer, and even staying past closing for an out-of-state move-in. One person noted the lot sits across from a police precinct. Others said the space was clean and the welcome felt personal. Not every review is glowing. One customer felt a phone rep rushed the reservation instead of answering questions about the unloading door. Renting online is an option, and you can reserve a space without commitment before you commit to a unit.
